Paul McKelvey is an ex-marine commando with a BSc in Surveying. Paul has worked as a regional manager and as an operations director both in the UK and in the middle East. Ayodeji ‘Fola’ Olaoye, fondly called ‘Fola’ by family and friends, had an inkling of his life’s purpose in his late teens. “I was around 18 years old when I discovered I always experienced my greatest joy each time I helped someone achieve their desired goals”. Fola is a published Author with qualifications in Education, Engineering, Counselling, Administration and Theology. With over 25 years involvement in pastoral work with people across diverse cultures, background and ages, Fola invests his time in teaching, coaching and helping people in discovering and achieving purpose. Ohio Omiunu is an educator and a professor at a leading university in the United Kingdom. Ohio is a researcher with over 10 years experience working in the higher education sector in the United Kingdom and abroad. Ohio is passionate about youth mentoring, business development, performance optimization, and policy development.

Director (Administration)

Nkem Ayo‑Bamisile is an executive administrator with over 15 years’ experience, supported by qualifications in business administration, customer service, and accounting. She plays a key role at The LADC overseeing operations, coordinating teams, and driving clear, effective communication. Nkem is committed to building strong organisational systems and supporting impactful community initiatives.
