Spotlight on #GOMAP: Gospel Music for Positive Change

This week, I had the incredible opportunity to appear on BBC UK Black to promote the inspiring #GOMAP event! 🙌

During the show, I sat down with the amazing team behind GOMAP (Gospel Music Against Poverty) to delve into their transformative work in our community. Led by the passionate folks at @lsfh_handm, GOMAP is more than just a movement—it’s a lifeline for many.

We explored how their initiatives are creating real, lasting impact by addressing critical issues like:

• Youth Empowerment: Equipping young people with the skills, support, and confidence to thrive.
• Mental Health Awareness: Breaking stigmas and providing much-needed resources for emotional well-being.
• Poverty Reduction: Offering practical solutions to lift individuals and families out of economic hardship.

It was a privilege to also share the platform with Deborah from the Liverpool Ark Discovery Centre (LADC) and Rumbi from @SOD. Together, we celebrated the power of collaboration and creativity to drive positive change.
